Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers / prospects to explain products or services.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide information in a clear and professional manner.
Maintain customer databases and update records accurately.
Follow up with potential customers to generate leads or close sales.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Achieve daily / weekly / monthly calling and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the sales or marketing team to support ongoing campaigns.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in
telecalling / telesales / customer service

Must be
fluent in Hindi
and able to communicate in
English or Tamil

Good communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
