Telecalling Executive (Hindi Speaking)



Job Summary:



We are looking for a

Hindi-speaking Telecalling Executive

to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to customers / prospects to explain products or services. Handle inbound inquiries and provide information in a clear and professional manner. Maintain customer databases and update records accurately. Follow up with potential customers to generate leads or close sales. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Achieve daily / weekly / monthly calling and conversion targets. Coordinate with the sales or marketing team to support ongoing campaigns.

Required Qualifications & Skills:



Minimum

1 year of experience

in

telecalling / telesales / customer service

. Must be

fluent in Hindi

and able to communicate in

English or Tamil

. Good communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred). Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism. Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

Education:



Minimum qualification:

Graduate / Diploma / Higher Secondary

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,327.05 per month

Work Location: In person
