The Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting patients with appointment bookings, sharing information about hospital services, and ensuring a smooth communication flow between patients and departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
inbound calls
from patients, attendants, and the general public courteously and professionally.
Make
outbound calls
for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, feedback collection, and health check-up reminders.
Provide accurate information regarding
doctors' availability, consultation timings, departments, and hospital services.
Assist patients with
booking, rescheduling, or canceling appointments
through the hospital management system.
Maintain a
record of patient interactions
and update details in the hospital database or CRM software.
Coordinate with departments (like OPD, diagnostics, billing, etc.) to ensure patient queries are resolved promptly.
Handle basic
complaints or queries
and escalate complex issues to the concerned authority.
Maintain
confidentiality of patient information
in accordance with hospital policies and data protection standards.
Meet daily/weekly call targets and ensure high levels of patient satisfaction.
Requirements:
Experience:
0-2 years in telecalling, customer service, or hospital front office roles.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills
Good telephone etiquette and patient-handling ability.
Basic computer knowledge
Empathetic and patient-centered attitude.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
