Job Description

Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers. Explain products or services and generate interest or sales. Maintain customer database and call records. Follow up on leads and handle customer inquiries. Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets. Provide accurate information and maintain a professional tone.

Skills Required:



Good communication (English, Tamil, Hindi, or regional language as needed). Basic computer and CRM knowledge. Persuasive and customer-friendly attitude. Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.

Qualifications:



Minimum: 12th pass or any graduate. Experience: Fresher or 1-2 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.

Pay: ?19,073.16 - ?23,327.05 per month
