About the Role:


We are looking for a

Telecalling Executive

to handle client communication, coordinate between departments, and ensure smooth workflow across projects. The role involves managing client calls, collecting updates, and maintaining effective coordination between internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:



Make and receive calls to/from clients in a professional and courteous manner. Coordinate with internal departments (Design, Content, SEO, Social Media, etc.) to ensure client requirements are met on time. Maintain call logs, client updates, and follow-up reports regularly. Communicate client feedback to respective teams and track task status. Support client servicing and operations teams in daily coordination and task follow-up. Build and maintain positive client relationships through proactive communication.

Requirements:



Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Tamil. Strong coordination and multitasking abilities. Basic computer and email handling knowledge. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
