Key Responsibilities:
Make and receive calls to/from clients in a professional and courteous manner.
Coordinate with internal departments (Design, Content, SEO, Social Media, etc.) to ensure client requirements are met on time.
Maintain call logs, client updates, and follow-up reports regularly.
Communicate client feedback to respective teams and track task status.
Support client servicing and operations teams in daily coordination and task follow-up.
Build and maintain positive client relationships through proactive communication.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Tamil.
Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
Basic computer and email handling knowledge.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
