We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated

Telecaller

to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and providing information about our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers. Explain products/services and promote them effectively. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information. Follow up with customers and ensure their queries are resolved promptly. Achieve daily/weekly call and sales targets. Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service. Good communication skills in English.. Basic computer knowledge Pleasant voice and positive attitude. Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
