Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
Handle inbound calls and provide information about company offerings.
Maintain customer records in the database.
Follow up with customers for feedback, leads, or pending inquiries.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to generate and close leads.
Provide accurate information to customers and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills (English, Tamil, and/or regional languages preferred).
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to handle rejections and remain calm under pressure.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Qualifications:
Any Graduate.
Experience: 0-2 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (Freshers can apply).
