We are seeking a
Female Telecaller
with excellent communication and customer-handling skills. The ideal candidate will have
at least 1 year of experience
in telecalling, telesales, or customer support. This role involves making and receiving calls, maintaining customer databases, and coordinating with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Maintain records of calls and customer details.
Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
Coordinate with the sales and operations team for client requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
