We are looking for a motivated and confident
Telecalling Executive
to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and maintaining good relationships with customers to achieve sales or service targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
Explain products/services and answer customer queries.
Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
Maintain a positive, professional, and courteous tone during all calls.
Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for lead conversion and updates.
Handle customer complaints or issues efficiently and escalate when necessary.
Required Skills:
Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
Good communication and interpersonal skills (in English, Tamil, and/or Hindi as required).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.
Strong listening and persuasion skills.
