Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Telecalling Executive to promote and sell our IT solutions and services to potential clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong interest in IT products, and a passion for achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to introduce and promote IT products and services. Explain technical solutions and their business benefits clearly to both technical and non-technical customers. Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through cold calling, lead follow-ups, and marketing campaigns. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business. Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical/sales team to provide suitable solutions. Maintain and update customer data and call records in CRM systems. Achieve individual and team sales targets within set timelines. Prepare and share daily and weekly performance reports with the manager.
Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field). Experience: Minimum 1 year in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales--preferably in IT solutions or software sales. Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi; Arabic is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Better understanding of IT products, software solutions, or cloud technologies (preferred). Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Good computer literacy and experience using CRM or MS Office tools.
