Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services, handle inquiries, and generate leads or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Explain products/services and their benefits to customers. Follow up on leads and maintain an accurate record of conversations. Schedule appointments or product demonstrations if required. Address customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets. Maintain confidentiality of customer information. Provide feedback to the sales team or management on call outcomes.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar customer service/sales role is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English Ability to handle rejection and stress in a professional manner. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM software is a plus).
