Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to schools, parents, and students to promote academy courses and programs.
Explain the benefits of Vari Medical Academy's offerings clearly and persuasively.
Generate and maintain a strong database of prospective students.
Follow up with leads regularly to ensure conversions.
Schedule appointments for counseling sessions and coordinate with the admissions team.
Maintain call logs, records, and feedback for reporting.
Achieve monthly targets set by the management.
Provide excellent customer service and address queries in a professional manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
Strong communication skills in Tamil and English (knowledge of other regional languages is an advantage).
Pleasant and confident telephone etiquette.
Ability to persuade, negotiate, and build rapport with clients.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Data entry).
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or education sector is preferred but not mandatory.
