Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers clearly and persuasively.
Follow up on leads through phone calls, emails, or messages to ensure conversions.
Maintain and update customer databases (CRM) with accurate call records.
Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints in a professional manner.
Work with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
