Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls. The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining products/services, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve sales and business targets.

Key Responsibilities

:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.

Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.

Explain company offerings, pricing, and benefits clearly and convincingly.

Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.

Follow up on leads, convert prospects into customers, and meet daily/weekly targets.

Build and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

Record feedback, complaints, and escalate issues to the concerned department.

Achieve individual and team performance goals.

Requirements

:

Minimum qualification: Graduate .

Proven experience as a Telecaller/Customer Care/Sales Executive preferred.

Good communication skills in English and local languages.

Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM).

Skills

:

Excellent verbal communication & persuasive skills.

Customer service attitude and active listening.

Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
