Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential students to promote our certification and training programs.
Understand student needs and suggest appropriate courses.
Guide students through the admission and enrollment process.
Regularly follow up with leads to maximize conversion rates.
Update CRM with detailed notes from every interaction.
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly enrollment and call targets.
Key Skills Required:
Strong verbal communication skills (English & Tamil)
Persuasive and customer-oriented approach
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, CRM tools)
Prior experience in EdTech sales is an added advantage
Qualifications:
Graduation is mandatory (any discipline)
Freshers are welcome - full training will be provided
