Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive

Telecaller

to join our team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, building customer relationships, explaining products/services, and generating sales or leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services. Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide relevant information. Maintain records of calls, customer details, and feedback in the CRM system. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, or sales. Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve calling scripts and strategies. Stay updated with product/service knowledge to effectively address customer queries.

Requirements



Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or graduate (as per company need). Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good listening skills and ability to handle objections. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM software. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving skills.
