Job Description

:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller - Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining products/services, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Call potential customers from the given leads.

Explain products or services and answer queries.

Follow up on leads and close sales.

Achieve monthly targets to earn performance-based incentives.

Maintain records of calls and sales in the system.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in [Language(s) - e.g., English, Tamil].

Confidence and a positive attitude.

Prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.

Basic computer knowledge.
