ICFIX is a growing education and services company focused on delivering high-quality training, admissions support, and customer service. We are looking for dynamic and motivated Tele Callers to join our team and play a key role in driving admissions and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students/customers and explain about our courses and services.
Handle inbound calls and address customer queries promptly and professionally.
Counsel students/clients over the phone and provide detailed information about admission procedures, fees, and course details.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM/Excel sheet.
Follow up with leads on a regular basis to ensure maximum enrollment.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students and parents.
Provide feedback from customers to the management team for improving services.
Requirements & Skills
Minimum qualification:
12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream)

1-2 years of experience
in tele calling, tele sales, or customer service preferred (freshers can also apply).
Excellent
communication skills
in English and Tamil (Hindi/Telugu will be an added advantage).
Good persuasion and convincing ability.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Google Sheets).
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
