Telecalling Executive
to join our energetic team and help us expand our student enrollments and service sales.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential students/businesses and explain our digital marketing courses/services.
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with students and clients.
Provide basic information about courses, fees, and offers.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales/training team.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in
Tamil & English
(fluency in both preferred).
Prior telecalling/inside sales experience is an added advantage.
Ability to convince and build rapport with customers.
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
Salary & Benefits:
Basic Salary: ₹10,000 - ?12,000/month
