Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers or clients.
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Explain our services clearly and effectively to potential clients.
Maintain customer records and update database with accurate information.
Follow up on leads and close sales or schedule appointments.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally.
Work closely with the sales or customer support team to improve results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Any graduate (any stream).
Proven experience as telecaller, telemarketer, or similar role is a plus.
Good communication skills in [Both English & Tamil].
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
Persuasive and goal-oriented attitude.
Ability to handle rejection and stress well in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in telesales, customer support, or call centers.
