Job Description

A Telecaller for Mobile Service is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers via telephone to promote mobile services, handle inquiries, and generate sales. They act as the voice of the company, building relationships, resolving issues, and driving sales. This role requires excellent communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls:

Making calls to potential customers to introduce mobile service plans, offers, and promotions.

Inbound Calls:

Handling incoming calls from customers with inquiries about services, billing, or technical support.

Lead Generation:

Identifying and qualifying potential customers through phone conversations.

Customer Relationship Management:

Maintaining positive relationships with customers, addressing their concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.

Record Keeping:

Accurately documenting call details, customer information, and sales interactions in the company's CRM system.

Product Knowledge:

Staying up-to-date on the latest mobile service plans, pricing, and features.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
