Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries effectively.
Maintain a database of potential leads and update customer details.
Follow up on leads to convert them into sales.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams for better lead conversion.
Record and analyze customer feedback to improve processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
Basic computer knowledge
