Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads from the provided database. Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries. Pitch company products/services in a clear, concise, and convincing manner. Follow up on leads to convert them into successful sales or appointments. Maintain call logs and update CRM systems regularly. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team lead or manager. Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries promptly. Coordinate with sales or field team for closures or further engagement.
