Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads or sales.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain a database of customer information and follow up regularly.
Explain product or service features and benefits to the customer.
Schedule appointments or product demos when necessary.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the manager.
Handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Maintain records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Work closely with the sales team and provide support where needed.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills in [languages, e.g., English, Tamil, Hindi].
Confident, energetic, and persuasive over the phone.
Good listening skills and customer-centric attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software).
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
0-2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
Preferred:
Experience in beauty clinic.
Familiarity with CRM tools and phone systems.
