is located in Chennai Tamil Nadu, we are retailing and whole selling of sanitary wares, Tiles, Plumbing materials and Bathroom fittings.

We are looking candidate for the post of

Tele calling Executive in Chennai with an experience of 6 months to 3 years.

:

Responsibilities:

Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.

Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.

Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.

Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.

Suggesting solutions based on customer's needs and requirements.

Requirements and Skills:

Great interpersonal skills.

Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.

Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.

Outstanding problem-solving skills.

Good time management abilities.

Strong decision-making skills.

Qualification - Any degree

Experience - 6 months to 3 years in experience as a Tele caller, Tele Marketer, or a similar role in the Sales Department.

Gender - Female

Salary - 13K to 16K
