Job Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers to connect with customers over phone calls, provide details about our products/services, assist with queries, and drive customer interest in our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Share product information clearly and engagingly. Maintain follow-ups and customer records. Collect feedback and assist in improving customer experience. Support walk-in appointments, WhatsApp follow-ups, and festival promotions.
Requirements:

Good communication skills in Tamil (English/Hindi is a bonus). Basic knowledge of WhatsApp & smartphone usage. Friendly, polite, and customer-oriented attitude. Prior experience in telecalling or retail (preferred but not mandatory).
