Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers from the database.
Promote new product launches, festive collections, offers, and in-store events.
Invite loyal customers for previews, exhibitions, and special promotions.
Answer customer queries over phone and redirect specific requests to the relevant department.
Follow up with interested customers and update their status in CRM.
Collect feedback from customers to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Maintain call logs, update records, and generate daily/weekly reports.
Required Qualifications:
12th pass or any graduate degree.
1-3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English (regional language fluency is a plus).
Polite, convincing, and customer-friendly tone.
Basic computer knowledge and the ability to manage customer data.
Preferred Skills:
Experience Jewelry industry is an advantage.
Confidence in speaking to high-net-worth clients.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
