Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to inform them about treatments, offers, or follow-ups.
Handle inbound calls, answer queries regarding services (e.g., skin treatments, laser, facials, etc.).
Book appointments and manage the clinic schedule in coordination with the front desk.
Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in CRM.
Follow up with clients for feedback and post-treatment care reminders.
Educate clients about ongoing packages, skin care routines, and clinic promotions.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and [local language, e.g., Tamil].
Pleasant and professional telephone etiquette.
Basic knowledge or interest in skincare, beauty, or wellness preferred.
Ability to stay calm and courteous under pressure.
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream).
Experience in a clinic, salon, or wellness industry is a plus.
