Job Summary:



We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented

Telecalling Sales Executive

to join our sales team. The role involves contacting potential and existing customers, understanding their needs, and offering relevant products or services to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for customer service and sales.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database or leads. Explain the company's products/services and their features effectively. Follow up on leads, handle inquiries, and convert prospects into sales. Maintain customer database and update records regularly. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Handle objections professionally and close sales with confidence. Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for campaigns and promotions. Maintain a positive relationship with customers and ensure repeat business.

Requirements:



Minimum 12th pass or any graduate. Proven experience in telecalling/telesales/customer service is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM entry, etc.). Fluency in Tamil and English. Self-motivated and target-driven.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?13,000.00 per month
