Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Provide information about treatments and services to potential clients.
Follow up with leads and maintain proper call records.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the clinic team.
Maintain a positive and patient-friendly communication tone.
Assist in basic administrative support when required.
Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma/ Degree.
Good communication skills in Malayalam & English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM entry).
Ability to handle client queries confidently and politely.
Priority will be given to candidates with prior experience in a hair clinic
