. This role focuses on outbound calls, lead qualification, customer follow-ups, and appointment scheduling for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Explain software product features, pricing, and business benefits clearly
Generate qualified leads and schedule demos or meetings
Maintain call records, follow-up status, and daily reports
Handle customer queries and provide basic product information
Follow telecalling scripts and sales SOPs
Coordinate with Team Lead for targets and daily activities
Support the sales team in closing opportunities through follow-ups
Required Skills & Qualifications
Freshers welcome; prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage
Strong communication skills in
Tamil, English, and Hindi
Confidence in handling customer conversations over phone
Basic computer and CRM usage knowledge preferred
Target-oriented and disciplined work approach
