- Admissions Sales will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students and parents, providing detailed information about courses, admission procedures, and college facilities, and guiding them through the enrollment process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to build trust over phone conversations to achieve admission targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective students and parents generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries.
Engage prospects by explaining course details, admission criteria, fees, scholarships, and other relevant information.
Address questions, overcome objections, and provide clear, accurate information to build confidence and interest.
Follow up consistently with warm leads to nurture interest and convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.
Update and maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment on targets.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission conversion targets.
Prepare regular reports on call outcomes, lead progress, and admission metrics for management review.
Maintain professionalism and compliance with institutional guidelines, data privacy, and communication protocols.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience (2-3 years) in telecalling or sales, preferably in educational admissions or related fields.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English and local language(s).
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to achieve targets.
Good organizational and time management skills.
