Position: Telecalling Executive.

Location: Thane

Working Days : 6 days (Remote)

Requisities:

Qualification: Graduate (any Industry).

Experience: 1 year in telecalling, sales, or customer support

Good communication skills in Hindi/English

Ability to handle inbound & outbound calls confidently.

Basic computer knowledge (calling software, CRM, MS Excel).

Convincing and negotiation skills.

Customer-focused attitude and positive approach.

Ability to achieve daily call and lead targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound and handle inbound calls to customers.

Explain company products/services clearly.

Generate leads and fix appointments.

Follow up with interested customers.

Maintain call records and customer data.

Achieve daily/weekly calling targets.

Handle customer queries politely.
