Make outbound calls to customers/leads
Explain products or services clearly
Follow up with interested customers
Maintain call records and customer details
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets
Requirements:
Good communication skills
Ability to speak Malayalam (English/Hindi is an advantage)
Basic knowledge of mobile usage
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
