Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate B2B leads and business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
Explains products, services, and offers to prospective clients and address their queries.
Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings and follow-ups.
Maintain and update the CRM/database with accurate client information.
Achieve assigned targets related to lead generation and conversions.
Prepare and share daily/weekly call and lead reports.
Ensure excellent customer experience during all interactions.
Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends.
Support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives through tele-calling.
Skills & Qualifications
:
Bachelor's Degree (Commerce, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
2-4 years of experience in B2B tele calling, inside sales, or lead generation.
Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Target-driven, proactive, and result-oriented approach.
