Job Title: Telecaller / Education Counselor (Outbound)

Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to students and prospective candidates.
Inform students about career counseling services offered by Fly2Infinity.
Convince and schedule students for office visits for career counseling sessions.
Promote and register students for upcoming webinars related to various courses and colleges.
Maintain proper call records and student details.
Follow up with interested students to ensure visit and webinar attendance.
Coordinate with the counseling team for smooth student engagement.
Required Skills & Languages:
Good communication skills.
Fluency in Hindi, English, Bengali, and Nepali.
Ability to handle student queries confidently.
Persuasive and result-oriented approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM is an added advantage.
Eligibility:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Prior experience in telecalling or education consultancy will be an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
