Tele Calling Executive

Job Description

Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective students and follow up on inquiries. Provide accurate and detailed information about available courses, career paths, admission processes, and fee structures. Generate student lead Understand students' needs, interests, and academic backgrounds to recommend suitable programs. Maintain a high conversion rate from inquiry to enrollment. Keep detailed records of calls and interactions in the CRM system. Follow up consistently with interested students. Handle objections and resolve doubts confidently and professionally. Bengali or Nepali speaking candidate preferred.

Required Skills :

0-2 years of experience in tele-counseling, customer service, or academic admissions (freshers with excellent communication skills may apply) Strong verbal communication and listening skills in English and regional languages Confident, persuasive, and student-centric approach Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
