We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven
Telecalling Executive
to join our travel sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, promoting our travel packages, and converting leads into bookings. This role requires strong communication skills and a passion for sales in the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote travel packages and services
Handle inbound inquiries and provide complete travel information
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel plans
Follow up with leads and close sales effectively
Maintain call records, customer details, and sales reports
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Coordinate with the operations team for booking confirmations
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships
Requirements:
Any graduate or diploma (preferred)
0-2 years of experience in telecalling or sales (travel sales experience is an advantage)
Strong communication skills in Tamil and basic English
Sales-oriented mindset with convincing skills
Ability to work on targets and handle pressure
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel is a plus)
