We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team and handle outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting products/services, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving call or sales targets. The role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
Outbound calling:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate interest in IT products or services.
Product and service knowledge:
Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
Lead management:
Follow up on leads, nurture them, and convert them into sales opportunities or appointments for the sales team.
Customer support:
Handle incoming calls to address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to IT products or services.
Database management:
Accurately record all customer interactions, update information in the CRM system, and maintain customer databases.
Target achievement:
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call-handling targets.
Sales aptitude:
Ability to understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions.
Experience:
Previous telemarketing, telecalling, or sales experience is often preferred.
Qualifications and Skills
:
Minimum qualification: Graduate with Excellent verbal communication in English and regional languages. Good interpersonal and persuasion skills. Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills. Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support preferred.
