Key Responsibilities:
Tele calling & Customer Engagement:
Call existing and new customers to inform them about offers, new arrivals, and festive collections.
Maintain a customer contact list and follow up regularly.
Share product photos, catalogues, and updates via WhatsApp or social media.
Handle basic customer queries regarding products, prices, and promotions.
Store & Inventory Support:
Assist in organizing, folding, and storing sarees and silk materials properly.
Help maintain stock records and update inventory sheets.
Support the sales team in displaying sarees and keeping the store neat and organized.
Check stock availability and report low inventory to the manager.
Help during festive seasons or sale events with packing and customer assistance.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or any graduate.
Good communication skills in Tamil (and basic English).
Friendly attitude and interest in sarees/fashion.
Basic computer or mobile handling (WhatsApp, Excel preferred).
Willingness to assist in both tele calling and store operations.
Prior experience in textiles or retail preferred.
