Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Explain jewellery products, offers, and saving schemes clearly and persuasively.
Maintain customer databases and update records regularly.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Generate leads and support the sales team by fixing appointments.
Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Requirements:
5 to 10 years
of experience in telecalling/customer service.
Strong communication and convincing skills (Tamil mandatory; English an added advantage).
Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude.
Experience in jewellery, retail, or financial sector preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
