Key Responsibilities
Generate leads for exhibition stalls through tele-calling and direct outreach
Convert leads into confirmed stall bookings
Make outdoor sales rounds to meet potential exhibitors and partners
Promote Lagan Mandap exhibitions to businesses and vendors
Maintain follow-ups with interested clients and close deals
Coordinate with the internal team for stall allocation and booking updates
Maintain basic records of leads, calls, and conversions
Job Requirements
Good communication and convincing skills
Comfortable with tele-calling and field sales activities
Willingness to travel locally as required for sales rounds
Basic understanding of marketing and sales (experience preferred but not mandatory)
Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
