Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently.
Explain products/services, pricing, and answer customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
Generate leads and maintain a database of customer interactions.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication with prospects.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or suggestions.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and ensure high-quality service.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and feedback in the CRM system.
Requirements:
Education
: Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience
: 0-1 years of experience in telecalling is a plus.
Communication
: Excellent verbal communication skills.
Technical Skills
: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
Interpersonal Skills
: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
