Job Summary:



We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented

Telecaller

to join our Property Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential buyers, explaining property details, and converting leads into sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential clients regarding property listings and offers. Explain property details, pricing, location advantages, and amenities clearly to customers. Generate leads through follow-up calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels. Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM regularly. Schedule property site visits for interested customers. Achieve monthly call and sales conversion

targets

. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to close deals effectively.

Requirements:



Minimum 1 year of experience in

Telecalling / Sales / Real Estate

preferred. Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi & English (Regional language is a plus). Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, etc.). Goal-driven attitude with ability to work under target pressure. Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills.
