Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Handle inbound calls, resolve queries, and provide product/service details.
Maintain customer database with accurate information.
Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into sales or appointments.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
Report daily call activities and outcomes to management.
Meet and exceed assigned targets for calls, leads, or sales.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills in
Hindi and English
(additional languages a plus).
Basic knowledge of
MS Office / data entry
.
Prior experience in
telecalling, customer support, or sales
preferred.
Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
Ability to remain calm and polite with customers.
