Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to homeowners and shop owners Educate customers about: Electricity bill reduction Government subsidy process Net metering concept ROI and long-term benefits Generate qualified leads for solar rooftop installations Schedule meetings for field sales executives Handle objections and FAQs confidently Prepare and submit call logs daily

Skills Required:

Good communication in: Hindi Odia Basic English Basic computer knowledge Positive attitude and patience Ability to convince and handle rejection Interest in renewable energy sector

Preferred:

Experience in finance/insurance/real-estate calling Understanding of electricity bills
Performance Metrics

80-100 calls per day Minimum 10 interested leads per week 3-5 fixed appointments daily Conversion incentives on final installation
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
