We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecalling Executive to join our team. The role involves calling potential customers, explaining our products/services, generating leads, and supporting the sales/marketing team. Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain customer database and update records regularly.
Follow up with customers for inquiries and conversions.
Handle customer questions, complaints, and provide accurate information.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams.
Required Skills
Good communication skills (Tamil/English/Hindi preferred).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to handle customer queries politely.
Confidence, patience, and good listening skills.
Telecalling/Telemarketing experience is an added advantage.
Qualifications
12th pass / Any degree.
Experience: 1-2 years (Freshers can also apply).
