We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective customers via phone calls, presenting the company's products or services, and generating quality leads to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using the company's database.
Present and explain products or services clearly, highlighting features and benefits.
Identify, assess, and qualify potential sales leads through effective communication.
Follow up regularly with interested prospects to convert leads into appointments or sales opportunities.
Accurately record call details, customer information, and feedback in the system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
Address customer inquiries professionally to ensure a positive experience.
Share customer feedback and market insights with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
Strong verbal communication skills in English and/or local languages.
Excellent listening skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Self-driven, confident, and capable of meeting performance targets.
