We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote products/services, generate leads, or follow up on inquiries. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
Answer incoming calls from customers and resolve queries or concerns
Generate leads and maintain a database of customer information
Schedule appointments for sales representatives or follow up on previous interactions
Keep accurate records of calls and sales, and update CRM systems
Handle customer complaints respectfully and professionally
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus
Proven experience as telecaller, telemarketer, or similar role is preferred
Proficient in relevant computer applications (MS Office, CRM software)
Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Languages]
Ability to handle pressure and work towards targets
Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
