Good communication & convincing skills in English
Basic knowledge of E-mail & MS-Excel
Job Responsibilities:
Contact potential/existing customers using scripts
Answer queries regarding products/company
Understand customer needs & close sales
Direct prospects to field sales team when required
Enter & update customer information in database
Take & process orders accurately
Handle customer grievances professionally
Maintain records of calls, sales & interactions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
