Telecalling Executive

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone. This role is perfect for freshers who are eager to start their career in communication, sales, or customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services. Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information to customers. Maintain and update customer databases with relevant details. Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead generation and follow-ups. Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude during all customer interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream). Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Good listening and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
